Altar Flower Sign Up

The live altar flowers during our Sunday service remind us of God's gifts of life and resurrection.  Arrangements are sponsored by church members, often to celebrate a special occasion in their lives.  

You can sign up to provide altar flowers using the online form below or with a paper order form from the church office.  All pricing and instructions are on the order form.

To order online:

1. Check the available dates for the current and future months.  Take note of gray arrow to advance months.
    

2. Fill out the Altar Flower Request Form HERE. 

3. Be sure to submit your form.  You will receive an email confirmation of receipt. 

4. The Flower Organizer will follow up with you to confirm your date.

5. Once your date has been confirmed, make your payment by check or by following the online link in your confirmation email.

Please make checks payable to Bethlehem UCC and indicate "altar flowers" in the memo line. Checks/cash can be dropped at the church office, in the secured mailbox in the vestibule (church office entrance), or in the worship offering plate.  Please complete your altar flower sign up and payment a week prior to your requested date.
